When will Purity Salon Suites open?

We are scheduled to open our doors to tenants in December 2025 (date subject to change). Follow us on Instagram & TikTok for the latest updates.

What are your lease terms?

6-month and 12-month lease terms; daily and weekly rates for our travel suite and office suite (business professionals & beauty/wellness professionals) only.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will secure your future home at Purity.

Can I decorate my suite?

Yes, we encourage you to personalize your space, however all major changes will require prior approval. Plumbing or electrical changes are not allowed.

Do I need a license or any other documents to rent a suite?

Yes, you should have a formal business registered with the state. You should also have your business license/occupancy license (with the city) and your professional license (if required) for your business.

Please contact the Georgia Cosmetology State Board at (404) 424-9966 and the Georgia State Health Department at (404) 657-2700 regarding specific requirements for your profession.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes, we require each tenant to have their own policy for both general & professional liability insurance. Proof of insurance will remain on file during your rental period.

What are the hours of operation?

7AM-10PM. Our facility has a 24/7 security-controlled environment for the safety of our tenants who are alone in the building.

How do I secure my suite?

  1. Complete your inquiry form.

  2. Setup a tour and select your suite.

  3. Email us to move forward and sign your agreement.

  4. Pay your security deposit of $500.

  5. Sign your lease & move-in!
